Dr. Jacob Rosebrock

Dr. Jake is originally from Defiance, Ohio, a small town in the northwest part of the state. He completed his dental degree at Case Western Reserve University, followed by a residency at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, where he gained extensive experience in everything from routine care to complex procedures and dental emergencies. He is a general dentist who believes that great dental care starts with trust, clear communication, and making sure every patient feels comfortable and heard.

But what matters most to him isn’t just the treatment — it’s the relationship. He loves getting to know his patients, understanding their goals, and helping them feel confident in their smile and overall health.

Outside the office, Dr. Jake enjoys exploring new restaurants, catching live music, and staying active — whether that’s at the gym or just walking around the city. He is always happy to swap recommendations for a good slice of pizza or a great local spot! He looks forward to meeting you and helping you feel right at home in the dental chair.
